The service department leaves little to be desired! Two times, TWICE!!! I scheduled an appointment to bring my Jeep in, and TWICE, they lost my appointment, 2 times in a ROW!!! I WAS trying to come here instead of going to Cedar Rapids, Thanks for changing my mind!!

3hour wait for an oil change. what a joke. if it wasn't my free one I'd leave. I can change 8 cars oil in 3 hours. bad service
I purchased a Jeep Wrangler about 2 years ago. I’m wondering if something has changed in the service department. This past week I’ve had a very poor experience with the service dept. The employee I talked with on the phone last week, and worked with today, told me how busy he was. They have so many vehicles come through that mine is just one of many. He couldn’t have cared less about my questions, concerns or the maintenance on my Jeep. I will be looking for a different Jeep dealership to work with.
Service department is a joke. I took my truck to them for a leak on the roof of my truck. Told them that is was the 3rd brake light and they said it was the sunroof. It has been back 4 times for the leaking and it was the 3rd brake light the whole time. Now I have a ruined headliner iny truck and if they would have listed the first time it wouldn't be ruined. The last thing I want to add is the service department said if you have a sunroof in your vehicle you should not take it I a car wash
