Scott Leedom was incredible to work with. Not only did he assist us with finding and purchasing a vehicle within hours, he went above and beyond by remedying the mistakes of another dealership. In December, we bought a new Jeep at an unaffiliated dealership and had a horrible experience. Overall the BEST experience I have EVER had purchasing a vehicle. I've been to several lots and bought cars over many years and they come out on top over any other dealership around. Absolutely everything was wonderful!! I can't thank them enough for making this a complete difference, than what I've dealt with in the past in how I feel dealing with a car lot!!! No complaints from me whatsoever, THANK YOU!!!!
My husbands work Van is being fixed at this dealership and they called to let us know it was ready and we drove over thirteen hours to pick it up and never made it out of the parking lot!!! To top it all off this is a new van and has been in the shop nine times!!! It has left our driver sitting all over the United States!!! All we get from Chrysler is our hands are tied!! We will never buy a Chrysler again!!

We bought our new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica from Nolan Christians (amazing salesman, DESERVES A RAISE), and the process was very easy, and fast. Had an issue with our new car right away, but so far they tend to be taking very good care of their customers (even when they get very upset...Sorry Guys!) Very family feeling in the whole building, I don't think one person never walked by that didn't speak. Way to go guys!
They used electrical tape to put my dash together on the lemon of a dart they sold me. They were paid to fix it and didnt. Stil to this day the dealership doesnt even own up to there proven actions. Will never return. The car now meets the qualifications of the iowa lemon law. Think the dealership cares or even has a response?? Nope.
