Hi. I gotta say after reading some of the reviews I'm not very surprised with outcome of my 4 hour one way trip to see a 2018 ram 2500 big horn with 230K on it. The reason i decided to go is a text message i got from one of the employees, see pictures. On the phone conversation i was told this was very well maintained truck. After inspecting the vechicle i found bad ball joints, front axle u-joints, slight oil leak but that i could understand due to the milage, poor heat/most likely bad heater core, it was only 32 degree day... read more

Went in with a friend in regards to some services and John in service is by far the worst service person I have ever met. Exclaimed he had years in experience but had to go to Zeek to get the answers to our questions. Once we had stated that for now we only wanted to get the engine light issue fixed and not do the other recommendations he seemed not to care anymore.
