Apparently I don't learn very quickly. Today was my third terrible experience with the Deery Brothers family of dealers. First time I went to look at a Honda Pilot that had "no issues". When I got there you could see the hail damage down half the vehicle, there was pet hair buried in the carpet, and apparently the previous owners dogs had destroyed all the weather stripping on the doors. I do not recommend their service department. My Apple CarPlay in my 2021 Jeep renegade stopped working. I tried a couple of different cables that I had on hand and none of them worked. So I took it into the dealership and asked them to look into it. They came back with a recommendation to replace the entire radio for about $2500. I've always suspected these guys to be a little fishy with their service department, their quotes come in unusually high and always recommend extra work that isn't necessary.
