used their service for end of tenancy cleaning and they haven't even hooved the floor properly. Additionaly the cleaners left so much dirt mark on the carpet. I have contacted them via email after the job and they don't even acknoledge it even after sending photographs .
After doing a poor job with my end-of-tenancy cleaning I was told that a re-clean would be provided. The cleaners never showed up despite the company insisting that they had. I was not able to get my full deposit back from my landlord due to how bad the cleaning was. Eventually the company agreed to provide a partial refund, but it has been several weeks and I still haven't received the payment.
