I’m a first-time buyer in a chain-free position, and my purchase has been significantly delayed due to Dee & Griffin Solicitors failing to issue the draft contract pack after weeks of chasing. My solicitor has contacted them multiple times, as has the estate agent. I also tried calling personally but was told no information could be provided, despite simply asking for confirmation of receipt and progress.
