I have purchased tiles from Decor twice and both times I received excellent customer service Adrienne, Simon and Zef are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional I called the showroom early this morning regarding my tiles and Zef was patient, explaining the process, sending me photos of different shades in tiles and resolved the issue quickly and efficiently I would highly recommend Decor tiles
Best place in Watford for advice and good quality floor tiles. Very happy with their service but stock control can be a bit erratic.
Highly recommend this tile shop. Big selection of tiles, friendly engaging staff. Adrienne and Zeff were so helpful. Zeff spent a lot of time with us going through ranges - including shower trays, underfloor heating, trims, grout and shower trays. His product knowledge was exceptional. All in all excellent customer service
Great place for tiles they always give good advice and have some amazing tiles would recommend.
Amazing service with very friendly and knowledgeable staff! Been here twice now for tiles and will keep coming just because how nice they all are here! Ran out of tile and needed one more to finish the job and they didn't even charge me for it! Thank you guys keep up the amazing work. Will definitely be back for the next project. 😎👍
