I've been going to Declan for a few years now. He has got to know me and how my training (running) can give some niggles, so he is able to work on me and sort me with exercises and strength work to help. I thoroughly recommend Declan if you have any sport injuries/niggles or just need a good sport massage.

Declan makes you feel comfortable as soon as you arrive, with his warm conversation. Declan is very knowledgeable and explains each step as he tends to your problem area(s). Plenty of free parking right outside of the building too. I often recommend Declan to any of my running friends, great service.
Having suffered with Plantar Fascitis for 5 years, Declan's sport massages are the only thing that helps. 100% recommended!
Very professional service, keeps me right and goes above and beyond. Gives very good advice and will refer you if needs be.
