My husband and I chose Deckrite to supply and fit our caravan decking after a good report from a caravan neighbour who had also been a customer.The Director, Matt , drove to us in St David’s on a day suitable for us and measured up for a quote.The decking was fitted for our August holiday in 2023 and we were absolutely delighted with it .It looks a million dollars and we were only asked to pay when we were completely happy which was a couple of weeks later as we live two hundred miles away. One star is too much for this company. Had our decking moved from one caravan to another which was a very short distance away. Took 2 men approximately 3 hours to do and they charged us £1000 for the pleasure. When questioned we were told by Matt, the men get paid £80 whether it’s for an hours work or a day, they charged us £80 each for 3 new legs due to the ground level being different when they could’ve cut the current legs down. Have you ever tried to get prices direct from this shabby company when your caravan is on a Haven or Park Dean site? Well the answer in no. Why, because not only are you being ripped off from Deckrite, the caravan site will add on up to 50% more. It is such poor quality. Fading guaranteed after a year or so, and that’s not covered under warranty. Warping, rusting, peeling, etc. Shall I go on. If you want to waste up to £20k for decking, go ahead, but to say that you have been warned about this rip off company
Dekrite totally transformed my caravan , Matt and his team are so professional and the quality of they work is second to none , highly recommend
Absolutely appalling, have contacted them many times and on four occasions have been promised a quote which has never materialised. Being on a Parkdean site these guys are one of the approved installers you must use, getting a quote from them is another matter. So unprofessional
