I had an awful experience here today. I simply went in to introduce myself and kindly offer website services (for free I should add) as I'm setting up a business locally. I was met with laughter in my face and a disgusting response. It was extremely rude. I understand not being interested, but a simple no thank you would suffice. Will never be stepping foot in here again
If there is a policy that you are unable to take donations 15 minutes before closing, could you perhaps have a sign up or notice on your website. It is frustrating to abruptly be told that it is too near to closing. I had received a letter this week telling me how much I have supported your shop with my donations. Unfortunately I will not be anymore.

I have donated twice this year, the first time the lady didn’t even look at me or say thanks you. Today the lady said what’s in there when I said I have a bag while she was scrolling on her phone at the counter then said ok leave it there. I felt I had to write this review, there customer service stinks such poor quality staff they are employing on such a worthy charity, I will not be returning.
This used to be such a lovely charity shop, really welcoming and friendly. I quite often have items to donate and Debra used to be my go-to, however, over the last 1-2 years, the service really has gone down hill. Whenever I go to donate now, the lady at the desk makes me feel like I'm more of a hindrance than help. She really isn't friendly or approachable and her attitude is like you're just giving her more work to do than she'd like and isn't at all grateful for any support you're offering to the charity.
