Oh so Mr Adam Singh Hayer has moved from Unit Chambers to this current chambers, no wonder my emails doesn’t go through, you cannot run Mr Adam, you should be in doubt that the case I will be making against him for fraud, entering agreements without my consent with the other parties and his refusal to provide me with the dates and time when such agreements, I have now started a case against you immediately through the Barrister standard board. You have a case to answer.

Although hugely impressed with the two barrister meetings prior to both my FDA and FDR the support of my case in court was beyond appalling. My original barrister could not support the FDA, at short notice, leaving another barrister who was not experienced in the case to cover, largely unprepared. Prior to this I was advised to make an offer to my ex, even surrendering cars part owned by another family member my ex had made false claims to, although purchase receipts and bank statements showed otherwise.
