My husband and I had our first visit at this office a couple of months ago. We were super impressed with everyone on staff. They were very helpful, friendly and professional. The office is beautiful! Dr. Kacie Monroe is a phenomenal Doctor! I had some questions after our appointment and they were most kind and helpful then, as well. I and my husband LOVE our new glasses! Thank you for having such a great selection of frames. We are so happy we made the switch to Dr. Fitzgerald and associates!!!
Hands down the best place for kids and adults for eye care. Our optometrist takes the time to answer questions, gets to know her patients and all staff have been very friendly to work with, even with a scheduling conflict! Makes our hour and a half drive worth every minute!
I was told I had pink eye by my family doctor after 48hrs my symptoms got so bad I was sent to the hospital. After a CT scan, I was sent home with different drugs and yet again told I had pink eye. This morning I went in to see Dr. Fitzgerald. This was because she gave me her cell phone number called me while I was at the hospital, followed up and followed through with the CORRECT diagnosis of a extremely bad allergic reaction to my "new" make up remover. The best people to go see for ALL your eye care needs.
They are dedicated to their patients. My son came to them with a concussion and they were so attentive with him and got him in immediately. Dr Fitzgerald voice to me to call her directly with any concerns. We are now putting him thru a 10 week Sports Vision Training. His reaction time is quicker and he feels less frustrated. He was having headaches before and now they are to a minimum. We are looking to continue with another 10 sessions. I amazed by this program and would recommend it to all kids playing sports.
Really impressed with their ability to turn my first impression of them completely around. Dr Fitzgerald truly cares about her customers!
