We are from North Platte Nebraska and came to Dr. Fitzgerald. The time she and her staff took with me was truly amazing. Dr. Fitzgerald took the time to explain everything to me so I could understand what was going on with my eyes and to help me find a neurologists who can help me she went above and beyond on my behalf something you don't see everyday in physician one who truly cares about her patients.

I have been with Dr. Fitzgerald since the beginning of Westdale Mall, I feel there is no better eye doctor!
We were referred by one of our friends when my husband had something in his eye from work. The patient care is OUTSTANDING! They got us right in early on a Saturday morning without an appointment. We had to go to 3 different pharmacies due to their hours not meeting our schedule and they called each prescription in graciously, even making sure they had the prescription available. Hands down, I would recommend them to anyone at any time.
Great service, friendly folks, only complaint is having to wait till Monday to get my new glasses!! I totally understand but would like to see clearly again... lol.
We finally found an eye doctor that works well with Sebastian! He was so well behaved today, which is amazing! We got the entire exam done in 45 minutes (usually it takes twice as long) and Sebastian starts vision therapy in two weeks � I was brought almost to tears when I saw Dr. Monroe engaging with Sebastian's questions instead of shushing him and getting impatient.
