Dr Fitzgerald is an awesome person & dr. Everyone in the office is friendly & very helpful.
I was almost ready to find a new eye health physican until today! My past experience included a really long wait time and the feeling that I was at a "big box" facility that didn't care about their patients. The nose pad broke off my glasses last night. I want to start by saying more power to you if you had a good experience with this provider. Mid April I went as a first time client/patient to this provider. First appointment the (1) technician seemed to have difficulty doing the pre-tests & proceeded to discuss with another technician in a low voice about the results. (This decision was not positive & should not have taken place in my presence) -\-\-\-\- (2) the doctor entered the exam room & NEVER acknowledged or told me who she was and RUSHED through the exam basically ... read more
Got my glasses in less than 24 hours! Takes up to 10 days.
I go to Chris for my glasses because she takes all the time I need to help me get it right. It's a good thing I don't have to pay her by the hour, or I'd be broke.
