Quite unhelpful, took a long time to do nothing, couldn’t tell me when exactly their solicitor would be in just maybe they would be in on Friday. All i needed was a solicitors witness signature but I guess because it’s a small job it wasn’t important to them or they didn’t want it. I would rather they just said that, than waste my time. Found a solicitors down the road on Bickerseth road who did it within the hour

Well I called this firm today explaining to the young lady what 1 of the issues relate to , whilst she was polite she immediately reverted me back to the Local authority with whom I'm having a lot of difficulties with by saying " well you need to go back to them..." despite me explaining I've written numerous emails which Lambeth Local Authority don't even bother to acknowledge.
