Had issue with 2016 F 150 "Hill Start Assist" engaging while on interstate and causing truck to lose power. The service staff had me on and out in two hours. Issue was a faulty throttle assembly (item was on recall list). No cost for replacement. Staff was very friendly and professional. Thank you for your service.

Drove 2 hours to purchase a vehicle on the 4th of July from this dealership with 3 kids (one being a baby) who knew that we were coming to look at the vehicle that we purchased. When we arrived, the vehicle was dirty. They attempted to clean it and hurried us out the door only to find the vehicle was not completely cleaned and now we are having problems with the vehicle. We have been buying cars most of our life and I have to say in all honesty Randy Massey and Michael Corbett made this the easiest and most rewarding purchases in our life. No BS and super quick service !!!! They have earned our business for the rest of time we will be buying vehicles. Randy Massey was great, loved his personality and drive. He kept in contact with me through the entire process. He did everything he could do to make this deal happen and was just as upset as us when we ran into roadblocks with certain banks. Who knew they had such rules? We all do now :) But we busted through the road blocks and got it done. My new car went home with me. Can't wait to get out there and get everything all set up to my likings, especially the memory seat!!
They got my car right back after dropping it off while I wandered over to Hobby Lobby for a bit & when I came back it was ready!
