After hours and hours of on-line "window shopping" I emailed Tindol Ford with what I was looking for specifically. An assistant sales person sent my message to a sales rep (Randy)who emailed me directly. Just a oil change I'll give it 5 stars
I attempted to buy a new truck from this dealership. However, after I gave them the go ahead to see if they could get a better rate than the pre approval I already had they decided to add $2400 to their own sales price listed on their website and EBay. $1395 for delivery and $995 for some other bs made up charge. This is in addition to their $699 doc fee and tax, tag and title which I was aware of. The Service has been great every time I have had my oil changed, and I just had a factory recall part replaced and they promised to have me out in a half hour. . . I was on my way in 18 minutes, didn't even have time for a second cup of free coffee! Friendly service, speed, and accuracy! And they even checked my tire wear, brake rotors and pads, and battery, all in 18 minutes, so I was not even late for work . . . in at 8am, out by 8:18! Thanks Tindol Ford! Had a great buying experience at Tindol Ford buying my 2018 Ford Focus SEL. I was given the opportunity to choose the car I wanted based off of what I wanted, not what the salesperson thought I wanted. I enjoyed the low pressure relaxed demeanor of Patrick during my look phase. However, when it was time to buy, Patrick was got down to business and completed the paperwork in the fastest time he could.
