I have purchased 2 brand new trucks from Tindol Ford. Both times I had a good experience with the sales department. However, I have had several bad experiences with the service department at Tindol. Most recently, I have had an issue with the airbag warning light on my 2013 F150. The first time it was fixed and only had to pay the $100 deductible as the part was covered under my rather expensive extended warranty. Not long after, the same warning light reappeared. I had an incredible experience at Tindol Ford, with Paul Poston. He was responsive, honest, and worked hard to make sure that I was happy with the truck and the price. Everything was done virtually prior to my arrival, and my appointment lasted about 20 minutes - with about half of that time going through the truck features. I’ll recommend Paul and Tindol Ford to my friends, family, and colleagues.
