Horrible service dept. I highly recommend not going to them. It would be wise to drive a little further out of the way and use a comparable Ford dealer than to use ET.

I recommend Tindol Ford/Subaru to anyone within Gaston County. In October of 2018, I purchased a Nissan Altima which I did not exactly want, but got a really good deal on it. However, in November of 2018, I went back to Tindol in pursuit of the car that I wanted to have all along that was still out on the lot, the Honda Accord.
