I sent a detailed letter to the Dealer Principal. My EcoSport was there for over 6 weeks with an electrical gremlin (warranty) I was given a loaner Escape with 9 miles on the clock. Even though I was deprived of the vehicle for more than 20 business days (under NC law I could have asked for a buy back) under the warranty, they wanted to fix it, and they have. Great Job.

I have purchased 2 vehicles from Tindol Ford. I recently purchased a 2019 Ford Explorer. I had a much better experience thanks to Mo Adams. I was at Tindol getting my 2013 F-150 serviced. I wasn't in the market for a new vehicle. but asked Mo how much I could get in trade for my F-150. He let me go out to the lot and look around at vehicles and stood att the door. He was patient.
