RecommendedMy Rep was amazing, I know she did all she could as far as she was allowed based on her job title and policy. I never had major service done before so not sure if the price was reasonable or outrageous but my SUV came via tow truck and I was able to drive it again after Tindol Ford fixed it so I'm happy. Andy Hinson in the service department is awesome! Called me back with updates and I never had to call to check to see if car was ready. Got me in when I had a problem with dead battery first thing on Monday morning. Had to have AAA come get it started and did not get there until noon and had my car back before 5 - new battery, oil change and tire rotation and pleasant to work with!
The Roush team, Lyle Sturgis provides first class service along with fantastic choices for purchase. We are so thrilled with our truck and the entire Tindol team. I cannot remember a business so dialed into their customer experience as Tindol. There are lots of places you can buy a Ford but not many with the experience of a Lyle Sturgis and team at Tindol. I HIGHLY recommend that if you are in the market for a new or used vehicle, work with Tindol. You will not be disappointed!
Great service and price. Changed oil, filter, topped off everything and state inspection on our 32’ motor home in less then day.. great people too!

I’ve owned my Transit Connect for 6 years. Only thing it has ever needed was new tires. I always have it serviced at Tindol. You can make an appointment and it will be honored.
