Although I did not buy a car, I was there to meet Mr. Jack Roush. The staff was very polite and accommodating and did answer all of my questions about a car I am interested in buying in the near future. The fact that they put on a Mustang show, offered drinks and snacks and had Mr. Roush there to sign cars was amazing. So happy to have my Mustang signed by Jack and Jack Jr.. Great day at Tindol.
Ludger and Lyle are shining examples of how the Tindol family makes the customer feel like part of the family. If you want a Roush Mustang or an Escape, these guys are the best!
Had a minor recall on my R3. Arrived early. They were busy but once I got registered they had me out in a very short time. Great service so far at Tindol.
This is the second time we have tried to purchase a vehicle through these guys...horrible customer service...needless to say, both times they lost a sell. We even tried to give them the benefit of the doubt by letting them know what other dealer offers we were getting...they ignored us...seemed like there was no eagerness to sell a vehicle. We are now the happy owners of a brand new fully loaded 2017 Ford Escape through another dealer.
Took my car for extended warranty work for an issue I was having with my car. They fixed it and I picked it up on a Friday. Over the weekend was havin the same exact problem after just spending almost 500 dollars. Took it in on Wednesday the first available appointment and they said they couldn't find the problem. 3 days later the car breaks down with same issue and I have to pay 100 to have it towed for same problem mind you. Customer service after the sale...NOT HERE! If you have something such as Sync that you use as a selling point, why would you not make sure your sales staff knows about it and how to operate it???
I've purchased my last three cars; all Ford Fusions, from Tindol Ford/Subaru. I couldn't be happier with the sales staff, the competitve pricing and service. Tindol will be my first stop when I'm ready to trade again. It means so much to see the management (Natalie Tindol) amongst the employees and not in a secluded office, as well as her committment to the community.
So today I got my oil changed and it was also my 21st Birthday and Josh in the service department made my day with big balloons and made my day even better just by having a conversation with me!!! Thank you Josh!! I hope Tindol Ford cherishes the customer service that you bring out for them and I really appreciate it! Thanks Again
