Lyle Sturgis is the man to see if u want a Roush. He was a great person. Not your average sales person. He wants to help u get into a car that u want. He doesn't pressure. (I didn't end up purchasing a car but when I do I will go to him!)

We had a great experience dealing with the Tindol dealership. Dealt there on other occasions with the same treatment. Professional, courteous and attentive to every detail.
Recently we had to replace a Dodge Sprinter, the only problem was none available in our area, all of the ones available had extremely high mileage. When my son found one 300 miles away in Gastonia which sounded perfect and delivered, I was so afraid to buy long distance. Due to the year and low mileage , after talking to Paul Poston we decided to take the plunge. It was a perfect transaction. Everything was as he said it was. The delivery was flawless. Thank you so much for helping us get a delivery van with no problems.
Sales people we unprofessional, left us waiting for over an hour without telling us anything about what was going on, took a month to fix 3 cracks in my windshield which were there when I bought it, I've had my car for 8 weeks and there have been 9 times where it wouldn't start, I've spoken to most likely every person in that building but in person because nobody would return my calls, still waiting on a call back from the owner (3weeks ago), and I could go on.
