I am an employer who provides insurance for my employees. All of a sudden they decide they don’t want to accept allied national whom they have accepted all along. I have numerous employees with many claims deaconess will not even FILE... the people in billing have hung up and yelled at several of my employees. Our insurance agent has made many calls to see if he can get any where to no avale ... extremely despondent frustrated and at my wits end with deaconess hospital
the hospital itself is great but i can't believe a place that size has only 2 places to eat for workers and visitors. the main st.cafe is a big disappointment and place isn't a place that offers gf...really need to get better choices

The entire staff was awesome. Every question answered. No concern too small. Everyone generally cared.
I need go back to old breathing treatment. Types,with tube. New ones no good.

The stone was retrieved in one piece! Jon is hopefully on the road to recovery and to a good last month of his senior year�

This hospital has saved my mom's life twice now, and I couldn't be more grateful. She got here and almost immediately had 6-8 doctors tending to her all at once. They immediately knew what was making her so ill, after MONTHS of going to other hospitals not having any idea, and misdiagnosing her. The staff, all the doctors, the aides, everyone here are all so sweet and kind not only to my mom, but to me and anyone else who came to see her as well.
