RecommendedI was in the emergency room last Monday. Dr Thomas was my dr and she was so sweet and knowledge. I loved that she was my Dr. she cared. I believe Olivia was my nurse and I loved her too!!! I was moved to a room on the 6th floor mo day night before my surgery on Tuesday morning. While in the hospital until Thursday evening I never saw one rude or unkind person. Everyone was helpful and asking if there was anything they could do for me. Great experience with this hospital. Thank you so much to everyone who cares for me.
Just went to the Orthopedic Neuroscience Specialty clinic after dealing with a year of post auto accident pain. Rather than actually do a thorough assessment to see if there is a fixable problem, I was seen by a Physicians Assistant, E. Pope, NOT a doctor. The person with the least experience and training is the first to assess a complicated problem. The ER staff is very rude!! Patrick was at computer on his cell phone and could barely look up from his cellphone to talk to me before being a complete jerk!!! I asked to talk to someone else which was Derek RN and he was just as rude!! all I asked was for them to check with housekeeping because it had been 9 hours!!!! my mom hadn't seen anyone in 4 hours!! the nise told her at 7:45 pm they were cleaning her room...an hour later and still not cleaned!! what?? Staff was very pleasant. The nurses were kind.
A unit 5th floor I was released today after a 5 day stay . And I never have had the care and compassion I had this stay , had a pct named Sam a bright young man working towards a nursing degree had a couple conversations with him about my life in EMS and Fire service he will get everything in life he strives for and to the nurses you all are a class act and no one in the business is better and to the other staff all thumbs up god bless each of you and don’t ever lose that loving compassion I saw definitely a unit of Angels o... read more

very professional staff , they made me feel at ease and very helpful in answering any concerns I might have Thank you Staff on unit 6000 for making my stay a pleasant visit
they could hire more understanding doctors and nurses. instead of checking just education, maybe look at bedside manner too. raising your voice to argue or go against something a patient is saying is not the way to go. leaving said patient in room in e.r. for 2 hours at a time without even once checking on them is also not the way to go.
