I never spoke with a doctor just a NP. ONE NURSE made me feel like I was there only to get drugs. I had to ask for a pillow and blanket, which the xray tech got for me. This has been the worse I've ever been treated here. Unfortunately for me I think it was close to the worst pain I've ever been in too.they insist I set up a follow up with a nurse practitioner, not a doctor, and a special doctor, no referral. Horrible experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Took my son there last night. The NP was not personable and had no bedside manner. My son had fat & muscle protruding out of his skin from a bicycle accident. The NP did not draw meds up in room, did not scan bracelet prior to administration. Was in extreme pain beginning at arrival to ER. She injected lidocaine 15 times with no ease or compassion to her. He remained in pain 20 minutes after and no one including the nursing staff or herself knew how quick the pain would subside. Not 1 person... read more
They took very good care of mom, kept her comfortable and was good to her until the end. They are the best people that I would love for them to take care of my love ones.they are very caring.
Pathetic excuse for a hospital. Do yourself a massive favor and go to St. Vincent.
Jasmine and all the staff in ICU made my 4 day stay a blessing! No words can ever convey the extreme thankfulness I feel in regards to my stay on the unit. I sincerely from the time I got there at the ER was treated and moved quickly to the unit. My tech Ms. Ebony looked after my son as if he were her own. That was priceless! So please tell everyone thank you for making a scary situation so much easier.
The staff is friendly and caring Dr. explained measures taken and reasons for them room kept clean. All in all this is our second time here and both visits were excellent
