Im at a loss for words unless- I wanted to add a few four letter words. The lab manager needs to be fired. Im just going to leave it at that. The ER doctors should access to lab data regardless of computer issues.
Went in for chest pain and shortness of breath...not put on any monitoring at all. I asked for a blanket and got told to just put my hoodie on backwards. My pump kept beeping and my husband went out to the desk where everyone was discussing there weekend and wouldn't acknowledge him. Then he went back out and the nurse came in and made a panicky fake gesture to my husband and said, " look crisis averted." I was pushed to ct and left in a dimly lit hallway with no one around. Great service! Worth the drive. All care received was appropriate. We were checked on multiple times in a 3 hr period and not hooked up to an automatic vital signs machine and forgotten about.
Very impressed with the care we received in the ER. Blair RN went above and beyond to ensure that our young daughter was not scared. We appreciate him more than words can express!
Stains on toilet bowl. Sink won't stop running. Rust on shower floor. Toilet loose from wall.
