I was very apprehensive about getting a carer. You hear of all the horror stories about lack of care and treatment. To leave your vulnerable loved one in the hands of a stranger was a very hard decision. My mum has had a carer for several months now. As a team they really supported us in every step. Highly recommend their service!
I am extremely disappointed with the behaviour of staff associated with this care company. Several of their employees live across the road from me and regularly hold loud, disruptive parties late into the night — often from 11pm until 5am. The noise includes blaring music and shouting, severely affecting the peace and wellbeing of the neighbourhood.
