Recently sold my property with De Mel. Whilst they were good to get the viewings and sale sorted quickly, from the point the MOS was issued they have been poor. They took the wrong keys at the point of a viewing, got dates wrong, wrongly assumed the property wasn’t mine and were very difficult when it came to exchange as if they were acting on behalf of the buyer rather than me, the seller who paid them. I wouldn’t use again
