The staff were lovely, but I waited over half an hour without any apologies. When I raised a concern about something overlooked, I felt dismissed. For the high private practice fees, I expected better consideration.

The whole experience of this place felt like a money grabbing scam. I had an appointment booked and was made to wait over 40 minutes until I was seen, despite spending over £250 on a 10 second consultation. My experience was far from five star or positive. The doctor barely conducted an examination looking at my skin for thirty seconds; and asking very few questions before recommending me an intensive course of strong drugs and lasers.
