The best Surgery / doctors practise I have ever been with. Tell a friend!
Exceptional care received when I was suffering from a bad ear infection. From my first call into the reception the patient care was amazing, got seen in under an hour after my first call by Dr Worthington, who over the two weeks of me being ill, called to check my progress several times and seen me face to face multiple times at a moments notice to make sure I was recovering as I should be. Have been with the surgery for some time now. Lovely staff. Super fast turnarounds and very attentive nurses. The docs are also very helpful. Been great for numerous years.
This year will be 10 years, and my daughter and I registered with this GP Practice.From the beginning, we get 10/10 care. The receptionists are very friendly and helpful. Doctors and nurses are lovely and caring, especially Dr James. Update: I don't know what happened with the practice, but it's going down with the service. First I gave 5* but now I can't give to them. Rewriting my feedback, not all receptionists and doctors are friendly and helpful. My experience in the last few months was not too good.
The best GP service I’ve had in years. They are always very quick to respond - Dr Levley was so helpful and generous with her time.
