We had a boiler installation and the service was superb. The engineers were punctual, tidy, and very efficient. They explained the new system clearly.
So impressed with David and his operation. Fast, fair, efficient and a problem solver for a water tank situation I had last minute before leaving town. He is the very best. Came recommended from my air conditioning company Reliable Air another gold star company. Good quality people and honest. Hats off David.
A plumber came on 6 Oct to fix a leak under the shower. He said that it was coming from the trap. He took the trap out and put it back in again. After a brief check, he said that the trap was now OK. Unfortunately we can see that there is still water dripping out underneath. When I called the office, they told me to contact customer services for a recall. That was nearly 3 weeks ago and we are still waiting for a reply. All this has cost about £150.
Great service! Immediate response and got on the schedule for same day service. Joke was knowledgeable and informed me I didn’t have an issue after all with my toilet- because I had him already at the house, I asked him to take a look at my garbage disposal draining issue. Boom bam boom, he fixed that on site for a really great price! Very happy. Thanks!
