Highly recommended. Used DDG for replacement aluminium French doors. Excellent experience all the way through: quick quote, competitive price, prompt and professional communication and customer service. Doors are well made, look good, are satisfyingly solid and were installed quickly and without disruption (also taking old UPVC doors away).
The service was great and the staff, especially the installers, were very kind, polite and helpful. The windows and doors were reasonably priced and they do enhance the look of the property. Thank you to all at DDG Windows Ltd.
A very good experience. Prompt and factual responses to my queries as I was not sure which type of Patio doors I wanted. I settled for a Bi-fold with in-built blinds. I actually visited the factory and was impressed by the business operations. Windows came on time, and in good time. DDG have a competitively priced and quality product. I would definately recommend them for buying patio windows.
I had a new front door fitted and I'm very happy with everything. Great customer service, the workmen did a great job too.
