Had a great experience at DCH Honda last week. Hamad Deeb helped us find the car that fit our needs and kept us within our budget which was very important to us. Our kids (6 and 10 yo) were with us and Hamad helped to keep them pre-occupied when my husband and I needed to discuss things during the process. Very helpful! All in all from start to finish the entire process went very smoothly and we left feeling like we were treated fairly and received a fair deal.
RecommendedAfter a disappointing visit to the Nanuet dealership where I tried to sell my Toyota Rav 4 and finance a CRV, I wanted to explore my options further. I was in search of a new car but was having many bad experiences at other dealers because of my budget. I came to DCH Paramus Honda uncertain because of the past experiences but they exceeded my expectations. I went in just browsing for a car and ended up leaving with one! Everyone who works at this dealership was extremely helpful and kind! DCH Paramus Honda has the best service and is the only Honda dealer i would ever go to. All the sales reps, service reps, and managers are very helpful and friendly. Not sure what to think about this place purchased a used car 1 year and a half ago and had to replace all four rotors and brakes.. Today I have to replace the back rear rotors, brakes and caliper?? Really? Mine you I've bought 2 cars in the last 2 year's here and have to cut the rotors on that one..scratching my head.
Terrible customer service, they never follow through with anything they say they are going to. Bought a car cash in June 2016 and didn't deliver the licence plates for 3 months and I had to pick them up, and it is Jan, 2017 and the title has still not been sent to me. Many people have said they would handle it. I have never been more disappointed with a company. I have bought 4 cars from this dealership and it has gotten worse every time.

I was reviewing our database and I could not find you in our records, but I did find another person with the same last name as you that purchased a vehicle in August and see that the title was mailed by USPS to the address that was listed on that person's driver's license.
