"Unbelieveable service and sales people" I wound up at DCH Paramus Honda by chance. I was a prior DCH Toyota customer of service manager Michael DeAngelis. We were in need of a new car and when I went to Toyota to see my trusted service advisor of over 20 years and half a dozen cars, I was surprised to learn he'd been promoted and moved to DCH Honda in Paramus. I went to DCH Honda of Paramus for the first time in Tues Oct. 18th and had a 6pm appt for an oil change w/filter and tire rotation. When I arrived, I was greeted promptly and met Frankie Sanchez Jr. He was my service advisor and he was friendly,knowledgeable, courteous and professional. He listened to my needs and wants and handled my car with care. He then showed me the customer waiting room which had free wifi and vending machines. My car was done in 46 minutes! NEVER take your car for service at DCH Honda!!! Our vehicle been there twice for the same problem and they can't fix it because they say they can't duplicate the issue even though we provided them a video of the issue happening and they know what it is. They actually told us if it keeps happening to take the car to another dealership for service!!! Avoid them at all costs.
