New name (DCH) worse service About a year ago Norm Reeves became DCH Auto Group. I used to love Norm Reeves as the service crew was friendly and the sales people were less pushy than you usually find at a dealer. That has now changed and the service is horrible, they overcharge you for simple service and there hasn't been one time I have had a service done there that I haven't had to take it back because they didn't do something right. DCH Acura I want to share my experience with this dealership. The staff is both courteous, knowledgeable and committed to customer satisfaction. I own a Acura , for the first time I had some car trouble and they assissted with every need to have me home safe and even with a courtesy car so my day would not be spent waiting for the service department to finish my vehicle. I was called and picked up my vehicle freshly washed and repaired. The greatest service matters
DCH Honda of Temecula is exceptional!!! I purchased a Honda Relay switch for my 2000 Civic EX. It was hard to find a Genuine Honda switch, but DCH had just what I needed. I ordered the part, and received it very shortly! I would very happily shop with them again, and would recommend them to my friends and family. Also very affordable, because usually REAL Honda parts can be very pricey. I really have no tips for any other customers other than shop here, its easy and fast, and more importantly, cheap.

DCH Honda of Temecula is my choice for parts. I purchased a timing belt, tensioner, water pump, engine mounts, body fasteners, etc. DCH was great! I may order all my parts this way in the future. I ordered online and picked up the parts the next day--and they were all the right parts! No need for returns. The online parts prices couldn't be beat.
Jon I recently went to DCH Honda in Temecula brousing for a car. Everyone that I came into contact with was very helpful. They gave me good information in terms of price and different finance options. While I was not going to buy a car at that time, I was treated as if I were.
