New name (DCH) worse service About a year ago Norm Reeves became DCH Auto Group. I used to love Norm Reeves as the service crew was friendly and the sales people were less pushy than you usually find at a dealer. That has now changed and the service is horrible, they overcharge you for simple service and there hasn't been one time I have had a service done there that I haven't had to take it back because they didn't do something right.
