New name (DCH) worse service About a year ago Norm Reeves became DCH Auto Group. I used to love Norm Reeves as the service crew was friendly and the sales people were less pushy than you usually find at a dealer. That has now changed and the service is horrible, they overcharge you for simple service and there hasn't been one time I have had a service done there that I haven't had to take it back because they didn't do something right. I will buy from DCH Honda of Temecula again! Recently, my Honda Odyssey 2006's back hatch door lost its support and I bought the lift support strut from DCH Honda. Dealer asked $350 for the parts and repair and I paid about $80 for two struts from DCH. The item arrived quickly and the installation was a breeze. I am happy!

DCH Acura of Temecula is great!! I've ordered parts several times from DCH and I can only say positive things about it. Shipping is very quick, communication is excellent, and follow up is very positive. I wish I live closer to this dealership so I can service my acura here. For now, I am happy with parts service.
