Great buy Just bought a MDX from Acura by Executive. Great experience. William was very patient and thorough in giving all the details. The car was in a great shape. Very clean and neat. Even better than what it looked like in the picture. Also we felt William was honest and forthcoming with all the details and was quite flexible with us. We are very happy with the buy.
Buying MDX from Saskatchewan Bought car online based on photo's and description. Also had Danya personally inspect car inside out and backwards to assure vehicle was as I saw on pictures. Transaction went well with all paperwork and money transfer. Vehicle was imaculate! Rarely do you buy something thats better in person than described in a ad or photo's. Very satisfied I had just recently visited Sussman acura in jenkintown to price some parts for my tl. Not only were the prices resonable the staff was very knowledgable and helpful to me. Being that i don't know that much about cars I left not only with the parts I needed but felt very confident in what i was about to replace. From now on I will be taking my car there for all my parts and service needs.
Worst of the worst. Very unethical dealership. Vehicle was described as "like new" condition and was Acura Certified. I was told that the vehicle had no damage and was in excellent shape. Upon arrival I found that the passenger door, fender and hood had been repainted (very poorly). The passenger door was full of broken glass - some of which fell out when I closed the door. Mr I have been going there for years for service. They have never let me down. Fantastic service and all the people are great.
Scum I have always been told that the dealer is a rip-off so I never take my TL there for anything unless it's under warranty. My cd changer was giving me problems so i took it in for Sussman to look at and they came back and told me that they had to call into headquarters about getting me a replacement radio. The cashier gave me a bill for $35 and I questioned her since everything was under warranty. It turned out that they had also gave me an oil change! Mary H. I bought my car from Sussman in 2008 and always take it to the dealer when it needs service. I have always had a great experience with Sussman Acura service department. My car is ready when promised and they explain what needs to be done prior to providing any services. The prices are fair and I know the work is done properly. Their employees are always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Sussman Acura for service and sales!
Worst Dealership Ever Experienced We found a CERTIFIED 2008 MDX on their site last weekend, called about it, and put a deposit down once they promised it had never been in an accident. We live in IOWA and had to fly out to get it in PA. The one way flight was $350. Upon arriving at the dealership, it was apparent that a good portion of the vehicle had been repainted.
