A waste of time if you are a regular person trying to recycle materials at a traditional recycling center, this is not your spot. The feedback of phone staff being short and taken as rude is very believable. If needed you will not even be able to receive a quote on site for you goods without first creating a business account with them. Even then, it depends if the one guy that looks at stuff is busy loading trucks. The operator was so mean. She had an attitude and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. She sounded incompetent when I was asking for her assistance.
