I went to DC Physiotherapy for knee problems, and after 5 sessions I’m pain-free and moving much more freely. David takes a practical approach, really listens to your daily routine, and tailors therapy to make a real difference. Highly recommend!
I've been suffering from painful Tennis Elbow since 2024 and have tried every treatment I could think of - Acupuncture, Ultrasound, Laser, physical manipulation, Weights, Thermaband etc etc. Nothing worked, so it was a relief meeting Tom and hearing what he had to say. First thing was "keep playing tennis!" After one home visit and two sessions at his clinic in Eastbourne, my elbow is fixed and the pain has gone. 5 stars service from David and team! I had a painful knee and was very concerned at the amount of time it was taking to heal. David was very quick to reassure me and is very knowledgeable. The clinic is in a great location and has a relaxing atmosphere.
Thank you DC Physiotherapy for helping me with my shin splints, which was a massive setback two weeks into my newly found ambition to become a beginner-runner at 40. Tom was amazing, really supportive and guided me back to the road after a few sessions with him. 4 weeks later, i had my first 5k race and surpassed the goal i had set myself - some of that credit is going to Tom!! Thank you!
