I chose DBM based on a recommendation, but the service was extremely disappointing. While the booking process was smooth, the move itself was incredibly stressful and poorly handled. One of the movers was openly rude, disrespectful and dismissive, which made the entire experience very unpleasant. The team was very unprofessional, declined to assist with simple packing tasks, and did not accommodate changes that had been discussed beforehand. It looks like I’m not the only one who has something bad to say about the driver of the vehicle with the registration FM17PXT. This driver is an absolute selfish and arrogant piece of work. Today I witnessed the driver come speeding down a residential road in Edgware in his van. There were vehicles parked on the left side of the road meaning opposing vehicles had priority driving on the correct side of the road.
