I first went to Dan in April with a lower hamstring tendon issue which Dan identified early in our first session. All I knew was the back of my leg was hurting and preventing me from running and playing football. We did work at his base in Harworth id never seen before and he also gave me work to do at home. Now 10 weeks later I've made a full recovery just in time for pre season which I'm over the moon about.
