Have had very sad experiences; nurse telling me that there is a federal law that says she doesn't have to touch me, so she would not assist me in pulling a garment over my shoulder; damage done to my vehicle by the VA contractor used for valet parking, the VA turned their back on me; appointment cancelled 3 hours before the scheduled time, because the doctor said she was too busy to see me; and the list goes on. Don't go if you are in severe pain with dangerous high blood pressure you will be ignored
I use to think this place was great and would have given a very high rating. Now if I could it would be a total negative one. Now with previous experiences and multiple trips I am totally fed up with this place and really hate to say that coming from a military family and totally supporting our veterans and current service men and women. Some of the doctors really need to get their crap together
The va treated my dad and sent him home and they couldn't even get him in my vehicle.....Now hes weaker sicker worse off...THANKS FOR THE TREATMENT OF MY KOREAN WAR VET DAD!!!!!! Im disheartened and hopeless
Went on the Freedom Ride to rise money for Veterans to go to Washington, I must say it was quite emotional for me see all the graves. I stopped to pray & thank them. We were asked to pick a soldier. I picked WILLAM WELSH CO B 1 NY INF, I kneeled said a prayer & thanked him for his Service. We visited with a few of the men at the hospital all so friendly & loving. This place has did more damage to my father than helped it's seriously concerning the lies and neglect the veterans deserve respect the only thing the VA hospital will do for you is kill you faster it's so sad I'm in unbelievable what this place does to people
Sitting here with my friend who checked in an hour ago to the ER and they haven't even taken her vitals yet. Everyone else who has came after her has come and gone and here we are still waiting for them to simply take her vitals. She's in pain, its been an hour and they haven't even started the check in process.
