My brother is in Dayton VA hospital Hospice what a pretty place to spend your last days on earth. They treat him with respect and attend to what ever he or his family needs. Lakeside Manor hospice. A answer to our prayer. We will never forget the love and respect they showed the veteran and their families. Great job Lakeside Manor VA Dayton Ohio. The staff of Victory Lane wing words can not express our thanks.
Been trying to make annual appointment at Middletown several attempts!!! Phone system fails!!!!! HELP!!!!
They have given my husband the best care and made me feel welcomed to ask any questions I had. They are the BEST.
From my perspective, there are opportunities for improvement, but the facility and staff are focused on making those areas the best they can be. Every facility can be improved, the will and dedication to do so are harder to come by. To all those within the VA that do their very best everyday, all I can say is thank you. You are the difference.
After seeing the "care" that my father in law received I don't understand how this facility can get anything higher than a one star rating ( and that's only because one star is the lowest). Between here and the middletown office, I am appalled that they can continue to admit medical care. There are too many "blunders" to list. Everything from allowing him to fall out of bed and lay on the floor to leaving an IV needle in him and removing it in a parking lot. I have received excellent care at Dayton VA and the Middletown CBOC.. I appreciate every thing they do for me.
Very disappointed in the lack of care received over the weekend. The telenurse urged us to come in so we drove 2 hours to get there only to be told they couldn't do anything and we'd need to follow up with the Columbus VA on Monday. Waste of gas, energy and time.
Very disappointed with my care here. The Chief of Staff Dr. Thomas Hardy will not even return a call to explain why the rheumatologist is more Dali Lama than doctor.
