This was my first visit and I found everyone so friendly. They deal with tough patients daily and they remain very positive and professional.
I have had two separate experiences with Dayton VA and both times my care was handled professionally by caring staff. I received hearing aides over a year ago and it was a very positive experience. My last was a visit to the Optometry department. and again they were impressive in tending to my needs.
It's a place that me and my nusband goes to see doctors and specialist. It's nice to get in and out.
My Boyfriend Keith Lucchetti moved here about a year ago from Erie P.A I went to the Erie Va with him I thought the staff wasn't as nice as the Dayton Va staff everyone is so friendly .
I think the staff trys hard, but they are understaffed. It takes a long time to get anything done there.
My doctor is at the VA and she does an excellent job for her female veterans
I have gone to the VA 4 times to get benefits after getting an honarable discharge from active duty and all 4 times i have been denied. I served 6 years on active duty and deployed 2 times... They dont care about the vets... I even showed them my dd214 and they still wont help me
