Horrible agency, horrible people work here, they ran an illegal HMO, never got any repair work done on time. Pictures of the kind of people they house you with (attached below).

This is for house on Fratton Road. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Misinformation, house advertised was different from the garbage home I moved into. 1. The absolute teeth they have to extort money for running an unlicensed HMO. Didn’t provide a copy of the certificate when I was a tenant. They had been running it unlicensed for over 2 years(that I know of). 2.
