This place is a dump! I wld suggest you stay somewhere else if possible
We had confirmed reservations and had called 3 times the day of our check in to insure they knew our flight was arriving at 11:00pm. You guessed it, upon checking in they had canceled our reservation and now were booked full. Every hotel in the airport area was also booked full due to a convention. We were stuck. No place to stay and now it’s 1:00am. As bad as that was they did the same thing to the other 2 families in the lobby. Obviously this is a common practice with this hotel.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!!!! Sleep in your car before you spend your money on this catastrophe!!! The room smelled DISGUSTING, MOLD on the A/C, the staff didn't know ANYTHING Lilian was useless overwhelmed and unhelpful, the smoke detector didn't even have batteries!!!
