staff and manager Jorge Gomez who I don't know if he is a citizen of the USA. Was extremely rude. upon checking was told I have to wait until 3pm. I said ok can you keeo my luggage he said no. however 23 ppl came long after and not sure becuz they were lighter skin than me was immediately checked way before 3. when I asked why they cancelled my reservations becuz he claimed i was yelling. they dropped us back to the airport where I checked with best western who were very polite. will NEVER used that place ever again as I was... read more
RecommendedHotel simples, mas muito limpo e organizado. Boa localização excelente custo.
This place totally sucks. Worn out. Old Decor, leaking A/C unit that basically flooded the room. No place to plug in the coffee pot in the room. Just a total waste of space.
Nos robaron una mochila y el hotel no se hizo cargo. No quiso mostrar las cámaras, nos dieron diferentes versiones y no había un encargado que nos pueda ayudar.
Horrible. Canceled reservation and confirmed. But they have now charged it three times and never respond or correct. Theft and fraud is what they do. Never reserve and give credit card. They are crooks
