Horrible experience! I came here to stay after a surgery and was greeted with the worst hospitality I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. First THERE IS NO COMPLEMENTARY BREAKFAST like they advertise which is why we picked this hotel! Second they will over charge your card after booking with them. They are NOT kid friendly ether, my toddler accidentally peeed on the bed and I was charged $150 for sheets! Do NOT STAY HERE, my child also has bumps on her back like she was bit by bed bugs!!! Worst hotel in Miami!!!!! PERIOD!

Jamás me vuelvo a quedar en ese hotel las habitaciones descuidadas las camas pequeñas he incomodas los empleados no son amables el desayuno de baja calidad y todos los días lo mismo en verdad siento que perdí mi dinero no vuelvo, los empleados de la recepción no son nada de amables no tienen tacto para bregar con servicio al cliente
El peor hotel en el que he estado en Miami, los empleados tienen una pésima actitud, las habitaciones son muy descuidadas, se nota que el desayuno tiene ingredientes de bajo costo y después de que has realizado es check out cargan a tu tarjeta costos que jamás te mencionaron que habían. Por favor gente no se dejen engañar por la publicidad de internet que ellos realizan nada es verdad

quartos amplos ,limpeza nota 10 ,tem quartos que se intercomunicam para familias Piscina grande , muito bem tratada ,pequena academia de ginastica , com aparelhos
