Excellent place to live! The staff is professional and the property is ran well. The few maintenance request we've had were taken care of quickly. I would definitely recommend Sevona Avion!

Lately, there have some issues that really needed to be addressed, and the management team is addressing the issues and things are being corrected. I would like to thank the management team for actively listening to us as residents and trying to keep this a great community to live in.
GREAT PLACE! The management team here are very professional, efficient and courteous the amenities are very modern and the entire complex is very quiet and is an excellent place to live. The grounds are very clean and well maintained. Pool and exercise area are always maintained and cleaned. Again this is an excellent place to call home.
